FREE PAWMAT – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to the Free PawMat promotion offered by Dog Grooming Insurance.

  1. The Free PawMat promotion is available to eligible customers who register their details with Dog Grooming Insurance before 1 December 2026.
  2. Registration must be completed before 1 December 2026 to qualify for the promotion.
  3. The Free PawMat is subject to the customer taking out a qualifying insurance policy through Dog Grooming Insurance and satisfying the eligibility requirements of the promotion.
  4. Registration for the promotion does not itself guarantee that a customer will receive a Free PawMat.
  5. Mats will not be dispatched before 60 days after 30 September 2026. This means the earliest anticipated dispatch date will be 29 November 2026.
  6. Delivery times after dispatch may vary and are subject to stock availability and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
  7. The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended where reasonably necessary.
  8. One Free PawMat per qualifying customer/policy unless otherwise agreed by Dog Grooming Insurance.
  9. No cash alternative is available.
  10. Dog Grooming Insurance reserves the right to verify eligibility before dispatching the Free PawMat.
