Promotion terms

These standard terms apply to our promotions, competitions and prize draws. Each individual promotion may add its own specific terms, dates and eligibility.

Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over
Where a promotion is for policyholders only, this will be clearly stated
Employees of Elevate Risk Services Ltd and their immediate families are excluded
One entry per person unless the specific promotion states otherwise

Entry and selection

No purchase of insurance is necessary to enter unless expressly stated
Entries must be received before the published closing date
Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative
Prizes are subject to availability; where stock is exhausted the prize may be withdrawn
The promoter's decision is final

Data and consent

Entry data is used to administer the promotion and contact winners. Consent to promotion terms is separate from any optional marketing consent, and you may withdraw marketing consent at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
