Who we are

DogGroomingInsurance.co.uk is a trading name of Elevate Risk Services Ltd, The Beeches, Beech Avenue, Ravenstone, Leicestershire LE67 2AD. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under firm reference number 769647.

Our service

• We arrange insurance for professional dog grooming businesses
• We will tell you whether our advice is based on a fair analysis of the market or a limited panel
• We do not charge a fee for advice unless agreed with you in writing beforehand

Your duty

You must take reasonable care not to make a misrepresentation and to answer our questions fully and accurately. Failure to do so may mean a claim is rejected or your policy is cancelled.

How we are paid

We are usually paid by commission from the insurer, which is included in the premium. You can ask us for details of our remuneration at any time.

Client money and cancellation

Premiums are handled in accordance with FCA rules. Your cancellation rights, including any statutory cooling-off period, are set out in your policy documentation.
