Founder
Karl founded DogGroomingInsurance.co.uk to give professional groomers a broker that genuinely understands their trade. He works directly with insurers to shape wording around real salon, mobile and home-based risks — treatment risk, care custody and control, equipment on the road — rather than forcing groomers into a generic trade policy. He remains involved in quotations and claims personally.
Client manager
Simon is the first point of contact for most groomers, handling quotations, renewals, mid-term policy changes and day-to-day queries. Every quotation is discussed rather than generated blindly, so you know what is and is not covered before you buy.
